[My First English Speech Day]Oh boy, let me tell you about my first English speech day at school! My heart was beating so fast, it felt like it would jump out of my chest. I had to stand in front of the whole class and talk about my favorite animal – a panda bear. I practiced and practiced at home, saying, “Pandas are cute and fluffy, they love to eat bamboo and sleep a lot.” But when it was finally my turn, my mouth felt a little dry. Then, I took a deep breath, looked at my teacher’s smile, and started talking. Slowly but surely, the words came out, and before I knew it, I was finished! Everyone clapped, and I felt so proud of myself. Giving my first English speech was scary, but it also showed me that with courage and practice, I can do anything.
